The Company reserves the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any User account at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without providing any reason or explanation. This right may be exercised if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has violated any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if such action is deemed necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the Website and its Users.
3.5. Upon the termination or deletion of an account by the Company due to a breach of these Terms, the User shall forfeit any remaining time on the active Subscription, and the Company shall have no obligation to provide a refund or compensation for the loss of access to the Service.
4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES & CONTENT NATURE
4.1. The Website provides a specialized technical chat interface designed exclusively for text-based communication and the exchange of digital media between Users.
4.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Service is not a dating or matchmaking agency. 4.7. Any communication style or content that is non-consensual, offensive, or unacceptable to the recipient is strictly prohibited. The User is strictly prohibited from sending threats, engaging in extortion, or distributing hate speech. If the Company receives a report that a User’s behavior is deemed offensive or violates the principle of mutual consent, the Company reserves the right to terminate the User’s access immediately under Section 3.4.
4.8. While the Company implements reporting tools and moderation, the Company is not responsible for the personal opinions, views, or statements expressed by any User or Verified Correspondent during the text-based chat.
5. USER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
By accessing the Website, registering an account, or purchasing subscription, the User hereby represents, warrants, and certifies the following to the Company:
- The User has reached the legal age of majority in the User’s jurisdiction of residence and possesses the full legal authority and mental capacity to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
- The User is the lawful owner of (or has express, documented permission to use) any credit card or payment instrument utilized to purchase the Service. The User expressly authorizes the Company (or its designated third-party licensed payment processors) to charge said payment instrument for the selected services, including any recurring transactions or credit top-ups initiated by the User.

- All data provided by the User during registration and verification is comprehensive, accurate, and truthful. The User undertakes to promptly update the account profile should any provided information become outdated, false, or misleading.
- The User shall not share, display, or otherwise make available any content from this Website to any minor. The User shall take all necessary precautions to prevent underage individuals from accessing the User’s account.
- The User represents that the User is not currently subject to any court order, injunction, or legal restriction relating to assault, physical violence, sexual misconduct, stalking, or harassment.

6.2. All Subscriptions offered on the Website are for a fixed, predetermined period. The Company does not utilize automatic recurring billing. Once the Subscription period expires, the User’s access to premium features will cease immediately. To continue using the Service, the User must manually initiate a new purchase.
6.3. Each transaction is a standalone, one-time payment. By completing the purchase, the User confirms that the User understands the non-recurring nature of the charge and explicitly authorizes the specific transaction amount.
6.4. The cost of each Subscription tier is clearly displayed at the point of purchase.
6.5. Payments are handled by the Company or its authorized third-party payment processing partners.
7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1. Due to the nature of the Service as a digital product provided in real-time, all purchases of Subscriptions are considered final and non-refundable upon the successful processing of the transaction. By purchasing a Subscription, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Service is initiated immediately upon granting access to the Website’s premium features.
7.2. The Service is deemed "consumed" the moment the User performs any of the following actions during the Subscription period:

- Maintains an active account that has been granted access to the paid features for more than twenty-four (24) hours, regardless of whether any messages were sent.
7.3. The Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund request in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Proven technical malfunctions originating from the Company’s server or infrastructure that prevented the User from accessing the Service for a continuous period exceeding forty-eight (48) hours.
- Verified instances of accidental duplicate payments caused by a processing error in the Company’s or its partner's payment gateway.
- Proven cases of documented fraudulent use of the User’s payment instrument by a third party (subject to verification by the issuing bank).
7.4. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances if:
- The User is dissatisfied with the nature of the dialogue or the frequency of responses from Verified Correspondents (as all communication is based on mutual consent and for entertainment purposes only);
- The User’s account was terminated or suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service (Section 3.4);
- The User failed to utilize the Subscription during the active period.
7.5. To initiate a request, the User must contact the Company via email at help@chatrealgirl.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction or the occurrence of the technical issue. The request must include the transaction ID, date, and a detailed description of the grounds for the refund.
7.6. The User agrees to contact the Company's support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback request with the User’s bank. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the Company reserves the right to permanently blacklist the User and report the incident to payment industry databases and relevant regulatory authorities.
8. CONTENT MODERATION, SAFETY, AND COMPLIANCE
8.1. The Company maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content, extreme violence, bestiality, and any material that promotes human trafficking or illegal acts. 8.5. In accordance with international standards, the Company maintains internal records of the identity and age verification for all Verified Correspondents to ensure that all shared content is legally compliant and produced by consenting adults.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Website and the Service, including but not limited to the "ChatRealGirl" name, logos, software, source code, user interface design, graphics, and proprietary algorithms, are the exclusive property of Websolutions Limited. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Website strictly for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
9.2. The User acknowledges that all media, including photos, audio, and text, shared by Verified Correspondents within the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The User is granted access to view such content solely for personal, private enjoyment within the platform’s interface during the active Subscription period. The User is strictly prohibited from copying, recording, screenshotting, downloading, or distributing any content provided by Verified Correspondents outside the Website. Any such action is a material breach of this Agreement and may lead to legal action and immediate account termination.
9.3. By uploading, posting, or transmitting any content (text, media, or information) through the Service, the User grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to host, store, display, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to the User and other platform participants. The User represents that the User owns or has the necessary rights to grant this license for any content the User shares.
9.4. The User shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Website, nor use any automated tools (crawlers, bots, or scrapers) to collect data or content from the platform for commercial or competitive purposes.
9.5. The names, logos, and slogans associated with ChatRealGirl are trademarks of the Company. The User may not use such marks without prior written

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

All interactions are conducted at the User’s own risk.
10.3. In no event shall Websolutions Limited, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to the User or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4. Given the nature of the Service as social entertainment, the Company expressly disclaims any liability for emotional distress, psychological harm, or any subjective dissatisfaction arising from the User’s interactions with Verified Correspondents.
10.5. The Company is not responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, or equipment, including any injury or damage to the User's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from use of the Website.
10.6. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, the Company’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Websolutions Limited and its directors (including those in the EU) from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from the User's violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Hong Kong, or, at the Company's discretion, through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.
13. AMENDMENTS & CONTACT
